Yes, we are factory in Qingzhou city, Shandong province, near Qingdao port.
How to ship the machines?
1) EXW/FOB: if you have reliable forwarder in China, you can pick up machines in our factory or arrange shipment.
2) CNF/CIF: if you do not have forwarder, we can ship the machines to your port. You handle importing matters.
3) DDU: If you prefer door to door, we can handle everything. You just wait for the machines at your place.
What should I do if parts broken during the warranty period?
1) First of all, must be Non-Human damaged.
2) All your mails or feedback will be responded immediately.
3) We will figure out what problems you have, then offer relative instructions with photos or videos.
