Q: What is your payment term?
A: L/C, or T/T 30% down payment, balance to be paid against BL copy and loading pictures.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Within10-15ays after receving the down payment (for standard configuration).
Q: What is the Max. Lifting height ?
A: 2 stage 2.5 meter for EREF750, 2 stage 4 meter for EREF10, and for bigger ones more than 1 ton, we can do 3 stage 5m mast. We customize fork length for customers.
Q: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A: There is one year or 1200 working hour warranty, we will gurantee you can receive the light/ small spare parts within 5 working days. In order to make good service for our European and Oceanian customers, we have set up Europen company in Germany and Everun WA in Australia with our partner.
